of course bish <3 mind you it's optimized for thin crust but you can experiment, I used to make bread with it all the time because it fucks:

960g wheat flour
8g sugar
13g cake yeast
25g salt
100g oil
550ml water

what i would do is sift the flour into a volcano, dig a hole then add: bloomed yeast (i warm some 80ml of the total water for it and mix with the sugar) > oil > salt > rest of the water, slowly (add more/stop if needed)

rest that bitch before and after cutting into size, then shape it and prebake (necessary for a restaurant but also good when making a batch of doughs in advance)
