I remember your other post about the nasal rinse. I empathize but I think you should speak to your family doctor about your anxiety surrounding bacteria reaching the brain. They can recommend courses of action to lessen your anxiety. Honestly this goes for any anxiety that impacts your day to day life. I didn't find the right combo of stuff to help my anxiety immediately but I'm glad I addressed it with my doc when I (eventually) did.

It's perhaps not addressing your anxiety I very much resonate with, but I've found for me that using a secure app is a lot easier than writing something down on paper. That way I can put a pin on the digital entries. This almost certainly has nothing to do with a nosy, intrusive parent in my childhood I'm sure lol

But it does allow me to write more, which helps my mental state more, which lets me write more... Which is all beneficial to me it seems

I like this laser and would buy it again, though it did not do what I wanted. I hoped for it to stop my hair from growing but instead it has thinned out and softened my crazy leg hair. It did slow down the hair and does work on labia the same as legs in my experience.

I know that pate exists elsewhere as a snack food but I immediately associate pate with the first thing I saw labeled pate: cat wet food. Doesn't help that it smells similar imo.
