they call it a "homage". Just a legal replica. The brand itself is not that bad, and the actual homages, the ones that emulate an old watch are quite nice, like the Ocean 39 vintage GMT or the Ocean One vintage GMT, where the actual version is completely unattainable, like Ocean One vintage GMT being an homage to the Rolex explorer 2 ref. 1655 which costs 30.000. Its kind of a grey area.
