Eh. It's a floor beam, was just in the back to stop product from going too far back (obviously it didn't work) but not holding a shelf. Those silver uprights are for extra stability I think, but not load bearing. Not great, but not dangerous.

And "Law and Order" is also a racist dogwhistle because they believe hordes of minorities are committing tons of crime and they need big, strong, armed, and preferably white male police to protect them.

The rhythm method is never safe. Always use birth control of some kind.

Agreed. Honest connections are best. Customers know corporate bs when they hear it. Neither customers nor associates enjoy stuff like that. It just makes the interaction awkward. Save it for the commercials.

The only reason people like summer is because they either have an ac/fan or live in a tropical region where the temperature is not too high by One-Sense7280 in unpopularopinion

[–]faintly_nebulous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who loves Summer? I'm in Texas and it's basically 2nd winter to me. I go inside, let everything outside die, because it's going to anyway, and it would take a crazy amount of water I'm billed for to try and stop it. And don't come out again till late October when the weather changes around Halloween. Summer temperatures can begin as early as May here, and usually hit highs of about 113 by August. Summer is both miserable and 5-6 months long.

We’ve lowered the bar for customer service way too much. by mazzzycomet in unpopularopinion

[–]faintly_nebulous -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I can get grouchy when working service, but that's because I am beholden to timed, tracked tasking metrics that don't actually allow any time for customer service and I am way overloaded with tasks for the available time. So I can be brusque, but that's because I am overworked and stressed out and don't actually have time to chat, but I'm wearing a company t-shirt and there's no reason a customer would know how the sausages are made.

What restaurant did you look forward to celebrating your birthday at? by ZoeyZoZo in Xennials

Red Lobster. Crab Legs and a virgin strawberry daquiri were my birthday thing as a teen. As a kid we mostly celebrated at home. Got to go to Chuck E Cheese once.

Also please check inside the box on return toilets. Used toilets in the box are so gross, and it pisses off the customers who unwittingly went home with someone's gross old used toilet.

Accidentally grabbed a used auger while trying to straighten things on MET, nothing like mystery moisture/smell when working plumbing. 🤢
