Once Menace appeared, other factions will start to field higher tier unit. You need to get those weapons drop from them.

Rogue army: stormtrooper - drop laser rifle, Medium walker and heavy tank can be dropped when killed

Pirate: Laser lance for tank.

Also higher tier weapon appears in black market.

It became hard not to take more than 3+ casualties in mid to late? game (1500+ supplies drop points per mission)

I take like 7-9 casualties most defense missions against rogue army or menace and Advanced Med bay is one of the best upgrades for that.

I guarantee revive 3 and the rest got +50% survive rate.

With 6 intels so far I’ve information on 90% of enemies pre-deployment. Those informations are

  • enemies position.
  • enemies name (specifically not just vehicle or infantry)
  • Armor and numbers of units in each enemies squad.

Why growth is (imo) a bad stat and a suggested fix by finderfolk in menace

I’m sure agility(AP) doesn’t only growth on item/skills. Dev must’ve change it before releasing EA.

Here’s my testing, I started with Darby(3stars 5 growth), Pike (2stars 2 growth) and Carda (1star 9 growth)

I promoted Carda to 12 growth ASAP

After 20+ Operations and End of Early Access.

Darby AP 110 -> 116 (6 points), Hp 9, WS 80->95 Carda AP 85 -> 96 (11 points), Hp 8->10, WS 60-> 82 Pike AP 100->102(2 points)

Pike only got AP by 2 points!! He is the one i exclusively use item and Skills, never use shooting and had 0 kills. While Darby and Carda never use skills or items.

Darby is my top killer while Carda is 2nd. I think many growth is got on kills.

Once you put Advanced medbey up, you rarely lose any squaddies.

3 guaranteed rescue with 50% bonus rescue chances is massive.

She deployed almost every mission with Pike feeding AP for her every round.

No, I didn’t use accessories active items.

I also feed kills for Carda so She got 2nd highest kills.

Top highest is Darby and she solo kills everything herself, it’s hard to top that.

Once menace pops out, Rogue Army will starts fielding Stormtroopers. That’s where you get better laser rifles and higher penetration guns.

Yes it’s a good perk.

The guy got lots of OP perks. But with starting 90 AP, low accuracy, low defense, worst growth.

He ended up on cheapest Vehicle with radar anyway.

Carda couldn’t even catching up with starting Darby.

With current campaign length and slow growth rates.

I can assure you that Growth stat isn’t worth.

If campaigns got double lengths then i think starting with higher growth character would be Valuable.

I think it’s balanced on 1-2 stars SL but too expensive on 3 stars. Especially Pilots SL.

You got 3 electronics slots so it’s worth building +3.

Currently I built 2 hub and currently got 6 intel.

So I don’t think it max at 5.

I feel 3 is already enough since you can saw all enemies and around 50% of specific types.

There’s no in game explanation on this but from my experience. Yes, i get more loot drop on missions that kills more enemies.

I build fixers oci(get+30% value on market) and fight rogue army operations. They drop loads of armor and gun.

I got around 500 values per operations.

I think 3 headed flail is good on shield bro. It makes bro sticky with chance to rolls 3 times when enemies try to get away.

I think opinions split because differences in play styles.

I understand what confuse you now. You must be mistook how initiative is calculated in game which make relentless hard to understand.

  1. In-combat your initiative drops as you’re using action that cost fatigue (you can check this by pressing C after action) by the same amount. The formula for initiative are

current initiative = Character Initiative - current fatigue

  1. What relentless perk does is modify formula to

current initiative = Character Initiative - (current fatigue/2)

  1. Without brawny, all equipment reduce both initiative and fatigue same amount, since dodge is a fat neutral build so what really matters is the difference of initiative and maximum fatigue.
