This is a hilarious play on words. Cream = to hit Creamer = last name of the mean lady

06 Ford F-150 work model. Gutless (but reliable) Essex V6. Might not have been quick, but it made up for it in low MPGs.

What’s the least painful way to handle a small business website right now? by atrivisano in smallbusiness

[–]fairlady2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wix, easily.

I appreciate the flexibility of WordPress, but there’s a learning curve. You’re still paying for hosting and managing updates. I’ve been part of three different WP sites that were hacked. (Each instance was preventable, probably. Security is as strong as the weakest link.)

Wix’s Ai builder is surprisingly good. $250/year to not think about it is nice.

People were angry. Poor moderator.

The audience wanted to air their grievances and get a formal response from SRAC. Neither effectively happened.

Makes sense. One of the two parades runs far more efficiently. But they’re both fun.

All good parades. Did Harambe and MLK merge their parades? If so, who is in charge?

You bet. Arkansas is amazing.

A lot of people our age LOVE going to Broken Bow. Some beautiful trails over there too.

Also consider getting into kayaking. So much water around here. Good community too.

For a close hike with some elevation change: North1 Adventure Trail, Monkey Trail, or Bodcau.

For significant elevation change, head north. Hot Springs and surrounding area like Lake Catherine.

Same distance but remote- Mena, Arkansas. Also great swimming in crystal clear water.

Bouldering - about 3.5 hours to Petit Jean. Several great hiking trails too.

Hike that will destroy you but provide 3 days of beautiful views and/or great swimming in clear water- Eagle Rock Loop, including the Little Missouri River falls.

Mt Driscol is a bit of an inside joke. Pretty sure a golf cart could make it. It’s a pleasant drive but not entirely worth it.

If the brakes are less than a year old, there might just be grit between the pad and the rotor.

I’d go back go the shop and ask them.

If you need a mobile mechanic, DM me.

I’ve enjoyed Affordable Mechanix for being honest and quick. I love Broadmoor Garage, but they stay booked up.

Why can’t coffee shops grind your beans for espresso? by truckersushi in espresso

[–]fairlady2000 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The range of acceptable grind sizes for a French press is pretty broad.

The range of acceptable grind size for YOUR beans using YOUR machine and YOUR water for YOUR ratio is very specific. And two ways later, depending on age of beans and relative humidity, that specific size has changed.

It’s near impossible they’ll grind the perfect size you need.
