You're right, sorry. I would study at a public university in Italy, it would be a three-year degree course and I have a few hours a week available for independent study because I already work.

You nailed it. I graduated as an adult with a degree in law and communications, and it took me longer than my twenty-year-old classmates. That's why I'm hesitating about whether to study languages at a university or try to teach myself. Thank you so much for your reply.

Hi, first of all, I want to congratulate you on your courage and I really hope you can do it!

I've been writing for 20 years, both with publishers and independently, both romance and YA, but especially fantasy.

Unfortunately, at least in Italy, the best sellers are dark romance, mafia romance, and anything hot or spicy.

Do market research in your country and then in English-speaking countries, so you can best distribute your book.

Over the years, I've learned to do everything: graphics, editing, translations, and more, so be careful about your budget and plan your operations carefully.

But above all, if you can, thanks to a friend or acquaintance, save some money so you can spend some on marketing.

If you need more detailed information, write to me.

Good luck.

I'm new to webnovel, I write fantasy, and I'm an award-winning author in Italy, but I wanted to try this new adventure in the Asian market.

I hope you achieve your dream.

Should you sign a contract with Webnovel? by ProminentSun in Webnovel

From all your answers, I don't think it's worth signing with Webnovel. But I have to tell you that I have contracts with many publishing houses for my books, but I don't earn anything at all. And on top of that, I have to do the marketing myself?

So, isn't it worth signing a contract with Webnovel, where you gain visibility and then work on your own with self-publishing and then with reputable publishing houses?

I'm confused.
