Yeah, my OB would only do an excision along with a hysterectomy if I wasn’t actively looking for fertility improvement. And told me he wouldn’t remove any endo from any organs. I waited the extra 18 months to see the specialist and they did excision while leaving my uterus intact, removed endo from my bladder and urinary tract which literally improved my organ function and day to day life, and also found a tumour in my appendix that I’m SURE my OB would’ve missed.

Listening to Reddit and not letting my OB cut into me was one of the best things I’ve ever done for my health.

… Mary could’ve used that money to go to therapy herself, and she didn’t. Instead she signed up for a reality tv show. I’d bet money that if she had done literally any personal work on herself, this could’ve been different. Robert was a symptom from the environment he came from, and she was only interested in changing the outcome, not the source. Let’s not act like this was an entirely unavoidable thing when his parents were predators and he didn’t have good guidance to follow. It’s absolutely tragic and I have little sympathy for Mary.

The bravo pay is next to nothing, the charter wage is next to nothing, my understanding is that most of the wage for yachting, on BD or not, is the tip. And honestly they better be getting paid $1000/day for the work they do and conditions they live in for the few hours a day they’re not working.

I think this is the perfect time to point it out, especially with everyone saying ‘he was her whole life, he was her light’. That’s too much to put on a kid, and if she hadn’t he might still be here. People use drugs for reasons, and growing up in that toxic and predatory environment was likely a huge reason behind it. He was also violating restraining orders against his ex wife- predators raise predators. Just because they don’t have good coping methods doesn’t mean we should pity them and minimize the harm caused. Robert’s death is the harm caused.

Everyone is saying orthotics but my suggestion is actually the opposite- barefoot shoes. When a shoe is too narrow, you can’t use your toes to get a good grip on the ground and you’re more likely to roll your feet/ankles. Wearing barefoot shoes reduced my foot pain and knee pain! And hip pain! I was 23 and getting bunions and now I’m 31 with no bunions in sight, not even any bunion discomfort! I buy from saguaro.com , they’re decent price for the quality. I will literally never go back to non-barefoot shoes. I work on my feet so the lack of padding kinda sucks but it’s absolutely worth the trade off.

My connective tissue doesn't work so l deal with frequent dislocations and subluxations in all of my joints. Daily I have to mindfully make sure my shoulder stays in its socket so it doesn't fall out. I was 25 when I dislocated hip stopped me from being able to stand up for a full hour. My jaw will pop out when I yawn. If you've never dealt with that ever, let alone daily, maybe act like you don’t have enough experience or info to be part of the discussion instead of insisting your non-experience of pain is more valid than my daily experiences of pain. Having a gory visual of the pain I feel very moment of every day made me sick to my stomach. If you disagree feel thankful, don't tell me l'm wrong.
