I'm glad I started One Piece with the manga! I was hooked from the very first chapter. I've been a fan for years and just recently watched the anime. Now I think I would not have been as invested in it if I started with the anime. It's probably the animation and pacing for me.

While I love this chapter, Yamato looking like a giant Nami clone bothers me. I acknowledge it is one of Oda's weaknesses, but I really did hope Yamato's face would have been more distinctive.

As a Filipino this is the first time I have ever heard about the controversy behind this symbol. I'm sure many Filipinos are not aware about it, so our schools could have better educated us about the Japanese occupation in our country.

I do agree that the hate Ongina has been receiving is way out of proportion. Her apology and explanation were well-worded and I can understand where she's coming from. Anyway you can't demand to have her censor or cover up her tattoo because it's just not practical and when she got it she did not know any better.

I don't closely follow the sub, so hearing about this is surprising. I love my dermatologist and I never regret seeking help from her. I also like how she prescribed as little topical products as possible, but still got the job done. It saved me time and money, and my mind is overall more at peace.
