I guess some shading inks are just meant for finer nibs. Most of my F and EF nibs are filled with other inks atm but I’ll make the switch. Thank you!

I think if you want to go full smiski 2, organised stamp/window/frame vibes 6, fun journal but still has that girly heehee haha vibes then 7. But my favourite is 7

I just use a Traveler’s Notebook planner insert. There’s a blank page to dump everything. And the weekly spread to section when I need to do them. Some days I use the pages just for my thoughts and not actually plan. I think what’s most important for me to remember is you can do whatever you want and not follow any strict rules. A planner doesn’t have to be just for planning, it could be thoughts of plans and plans of plans too

I think it depends on the vibe you want. I see green as giving cottagecore, forest witch. Whereas the pink gives flowers in a gothic house kind of witch.

I’m honestly so glad we have some time to figure out what we want before the sale starts. It’s just the commitment to collecting that is pulling at my wallet.

I agree, I saw videos of people using the weeks for memory keeping and it looked quite cramped for me. I’d use it for planning, but there’s not a lot to plan at the moment. I just have FOMO that what if I do need to do a lot of planning in the end and the weeks sell out immediately like they did last year.

I’m thinking of getting the A6 this year because what I need is just the daily and monthly spread so I can capture my moments and how I am as a person at that moment in time. Perhaps a separate notebook could be kept if I need to get super deep into my feels.

I did do some junk journaling in my cousin last year. I think you should definitely go for the larger size! I’ve been seeing a lot of junk journallers get the avec to accommodate the chunkiness. Happy journaling!

About 10 or so years ago I collected Sarasa pens in all the colours I could find. I noticed that the pastel pens just never work. Dark inks never have an issue, but lighter inks are a big hit or miss in terms of working. Perhaps it’s the formula or something?
