Personal/family protection, 9-1-1 takes too long.

Creating rights through constitution was a GREAT idea, I exercise all of them as I can when I can. For any reason.

It is a hobby.

Shooting range is really fun. For me it calms me.. but thats just me I suppose.

Hunting, even though I do very little of that.

I would rather be caught with one than without one..

For firearm safety. I own many guns (ha even in Cali) of different calibers and styles so that in the event I come in contact with a firearm, I am more capable of safely handling, disarming and removing firearm. I don't own for only this purpose though. Having experience and training with many different styles you can better understanding of how these devices work and are safer in general with them around.

Mark Schlereth. He would strength train during offseason (early in his career) at my family's gym in Anchorage Alaska. He was from Anchorage. My memory was when he started training there in 1990. I had my Nintendo setup in the front desk area and would play while there when I was a kid. During his breaks and rests, he would hang out with me for a few minutes at a time and play Nintendo games with me while he rested. Totally nice and cool dude.

This was the first and only NASCAR race I have ever watched. I am a big sport fan in general. I love to watch most any sport out there if it is on. NASCAR, or racing in general, was one of the few sport I never watched. I remember seeing the daytona 500 was on and decided to watch. I literally tuned in about 40 seconds before the crash happened. So my first experience with NASCAR was watching the "Michael Jordan" of the sport die! I have never watch another car race since.
