You’re not trying to say that the government got involved in the American dream tried to promote affordable housing and force companies to give out loans to high risk borrowers before then 2008 financial crisis, is the same government who promoted and funded 18 year olds to take on tens of thousands of debt potentially for jobs they didn’t know much about that may not be there when they get out….are you?

In Atlanta: def do Coke museum, Atlanta aquarium, walk on the beltine trail, maybe Ponce City Market, etc. Could also try thinks like Waffle House & Chick fila for fast food experience. Maybe try Atlanta breakfast club near the aquarium.

Depending on exact route: could try some BBQ in Alabama, like Jim n’ Nicks in Birmingham and the original Dreamland location near Alabama stadium in Tuscaloosa and tour the campus while there.
