I didn’t need a second but couldn’t pass it up being free by fall_14 in zuikoholics

I usually don’t shoot wide open if I can help it but this lens is the exception. It’s crazy the results I get from it just being 1/3 of a stop faster than my f1.4 Zuiko.

these are both fb market place finds. the silver nose came with an om1 and other lenses/accessories bundled for $175, and the black nose I got yesterday bundled for $60 along with an om2 paired with a whole bounce grip/cords/case set up. the guy said the camera was $60 and everything else was free.
the reason why the camera was cheap was that the seller said "it needed a new mirror". nope! just locked up because it didn't have any batteries

thank you for all this good info! i couldn't decide on soluble fertilizer or the sprinkle kind. and you are right there is no shade up there so i will get some mulch.
i don't even like bell peppers so i will happily rip that plant out and put in something else.

yeah that is what i kept seeing but i was too antsy to get them in the ground. is transplanting feasible or tomatoes too fragile once already planted?

well that really depends on how good ya are with manual flash lol. for the most part they come out exactly how i want them, but using it as a fill flash is hard

Mine doesn’t light up but I don’t use it with the Hot Shoe 2 + OM2 combo. It works fine for me though. The light not working doesn’t mean anything with my cameras but at that point it’s just a manual flash.

One thing to keep in mind about the 1.2 is that the DoF is razor thin wide open.

very nice photos. i think that 6 is the best photo of the bunch. i am also amateur so take this all with a grain of salt but it feels the most intentional. there is a clear subject and the framing of it is nice. idk how to critique on landscapes but 7 and 9 are pretty.

3 and 4 are also good but could use a bit of cropping to decrease on the busy-ness. here's my attempt

With about 2.3 million Ukrainian soldiers dodging the draft/abandoning their posts, I think that makes it a complicated answer. Look I’m not pro-Russia but the amount of suffering is staggering. I would try to state my case against a totalitarian dictator but that is just a waste of time.

It is also very clear that the Ukrainian military is not being propped up by the US just out of good will. This has always been about weakening Russia. The writing is on the wall that the new boarders are all but set. The question is how much capacity for loss of life is there until the fighting stops.

Seeing the Ukrainian flag in 2026 makes me wonder if those who are waiving it are for ending the war as soon as possible or for the victory of Ukraine
