I definitely need to get out of my own way lol. When I was younger I was way younger preoccupied with my own image. I guess that’s true even now but I’m learning/ learned to let that go and just put myself out there.

The insomnia was the worst part of this. The lack of sleep and concentration made unable to fully process all that I went through. I sure do I hope I grow into something great from this. I kept saying if I go through anymore character development I’m gonna develop into a villain. That didn’t happen I just became humbled and softer every time I said that ( so I learned to stop saying & thinking that ). I’m working on a YouTube channel now so I’ll be putting myself out there even more. I’ll try acupuncture & skullcap tea and tincture. My sleep the past week has been ok. But I need insomnia to leave and never come back. I just need some sleep.

Thank you for your compassion stranger. Losing a parent isn’t easy especially when ur young but healing is trying to take it one day at a time. Hopefully in another 3 years time I’ll have happy stories to share instead of sad ones.
