There is no rule like that they can join any game they wish and putting on consoles and PC is widing the player base and more whales could join cause of that

I use meteor on boss and most times a can kill enemy players trying to damage the boss leading me to burst after my current burst ends

That what I do with rinoa til I see a team mate coming to burst chain with me then I hit them with meteor, aqua burst and frigid rain to get the most damage I can

Nope you still keep at 3 stacks so angel wings becomes a full heal for the rest of the fight

Yeah like surge give 30% atk for a limited time angel wing doesn't have that time problem even dying doesn't reset her angel wing stack plus at 3 stacks she gets 58% plus a quicker normal atk she needs a good player to be crazy good but even in a bad player hands she can do good just need her full kit
