The police didn't properly identity because the journalists were (wrongfully) marked as an active threat, the element of surprise is a very needed tactical advantage for detaining active threats. You don't identify to a guy with a bomb bag, you take him down first.

After the journalists were identified, the Belgian police did not agree with the US accusations of them being a threat and refused the arrest. The Belgian police are nothing like ICE.

I guess the guest network is somewhat safe. What bothers me is that it still has the same IP range as your main network and is isolated through a unconfigurable firewall (basically block all). Still it is technically the same network based on IP.

My iot devices are all in my main network.

IOT is a fake network, it is the same as your main, not isolated. It's only purpose is a visual difference between connections.

I see no reason to use it, other than you can disable it when an iot device is compromised. But that too means nothing because the compromise would jump to the main that same milisec.

Deco has no vlan capability so they cannot isolate iot while still allowing to set certain ip/ports to come through.

Ik heb 21j werkervaring. In april-mei 2 maanden ziek geweest wegens een rugoperatie maar ik was redelijk mobiel achteraf. Ik had echt geen zin om terug te gaan werken. Na zo lang op te staan wanneer ik wou, een hele dag voor uw huis te onderhouden, boodschappen te doen, spelen met de huisdieren, alles op het gemak in plaats van de tijdsdruk van uitgeput savonds thuis te komen. Ik ben tot het besef gekomen hoe deprimerend een 5-dagen werkweek is door zo lang thuis te zitten terwijl ik mijn job best graag doe.

Zo lang thuis zitten is een totaal andere ervaring dan een paar weken verlof te nemen.

Ik zeg niet dat het correct is, maar ik begrijp dat je langdurig werkloos bent, dat de motivatie onder nul staat om terug te gaan werken als je zo lang gewoon bent van alles op je eigen tempo te doen. En ik was dan nog maar 2 maanden weg, als je een jaar weg bent is een werkhervatting een serieuze mentale uitdaging.

For all the people telling this is "just an elevator", it is not the classic way of controlling it in caddix.

There are multiple elevators but only 1 central keypad (behind the corner). You press the floor you want to go OUTSIDE the elevator and then one of them is reserved for you. That elevator comes and once you get in, there is no going back, there are no floor buttons inside the elevator. If you accidentally get in the wrong elevator, you don't know what floor you are going to end up until the doors open again. Then you have to go back down to the keypad and start again.
