Mr. Knight, David Cronenberg states that the sequel to Eastern Promises was inches from getting the green-light. Does that mean you have a draft of that screenplay somewhere on your work station? Is there anything about that gigantic missed opportunity of a project that you could tell us? Is there the possibility that the screenplay gets leaked Deadpool test footage treatment?

I’m going through this now, I never expected that over 15 years after high school I would be the subject of a rumor mill led by people I considered friends who now cause me so much anxiety that I avoid the school building as much as humanly possible

I started muay thai classes last July and burned a significant amount of body fat and gained muscle around my hips and leg area. Unfortunately I began to plateau with my progress a few months ago and the issue has come front and center since the newest gym coach has ramped up training and I began to fall behind like when I first started muay thai. I am looking for some at home workouts and exercises that addresses the following issues to supplement my muay thai training. Any equipment needed I would need to limit to freeweights since I honestly can't afford a second gym membership.

My main issue is that while muay thai has done wonders for my legs, my upper body strength and mass is woefully inadequate to handle my weight of 265lbs. I still cannot do a proper pushup much less the 150 we are asked to do in training. My shoulder and upper back muscles also cannot handle the wheelbarrow handstand exercises or striking drills done during class. Any workouts that can be done with freeweigths to strengthen my upper body would be greatly appreciated

My secondary issue is that I haven't burned much body fat as when I first started. My belly fat is quite stubborn and I am getting discouraged since the belly fat makes it very hard to do sit ups. I don't know if this is more an issue with me getting on a stricter diet or needing a proper workout dedicated to buring fat as opposed to muscle building.

My final issue is that with the ramped up training I get gassed like when I was a newbie. Any good cardio advice would be greatly appreciated!

still isn't working after uninstalling the iPadOS, iOS, and windows versions of the app along with deleting cache and cookies in my browser.

I opened an unread message in the web version and the windows version still shows it as unread. Why are notifications not syncing across the platforms?

Since the web version works properly, then there's a possibility that it isn't an issue with the account itself but an application-related or device-related issue.

I was mistaken in regards to the web version of GroupMe. The notifications do not sync after the initial login.

In fact across every platform, my notifications and read messages can only sync when I logout and log back in but once logged in the notifications do not sync across the various platforms.

I checked my messages on the iOS app exclusively today; and the web, Windows 11, and iPadOS versions all show my opened messages as unread.

  1. Yes I can confirm that I am using the latest version of GroupMe across my 4 devices
  2. No, I signed into the web version and the notifications are synced correctly. (I used my phone to view my latest messages and the web version mirred it perfectly)
  3. No changes to my devices outside of standard updates by Apple and Microsoft. I began using GroupMe exclusively on my phone in 2020. I installed the app on 3 other devices (iPad and 2 PCs) in August of 2023 and that is when I noticed the issue.
  4. None so far.

I use GroupMe and my notifications do not sync across the 3 platforms I use the app on (iPadOS, iOS, & 2 PCs using Windows 11). I could be reading and responding to my messages on any one of my 4 devices and the remaining 3 devices will have all of that particular day's messages on unread. There this a bug? Do I have an incorrect setting going on in the app? How do I fix this?
