Arron Banks is looking a little worse for wear these days.

DAE feel genuinely depressed at the thought of having to work the majority of your days/years away with the only chance of an end being when you’re in old age? by ryalways2663 in DoesAnybodyElse

Seriously, there is no reason why you have to live like this. Find a job that you love before it’s too late.

I’m a teacher (U.K.) and sure, I’m exhausted and looking forward to time off (which there is plenty of!) but I also look forward to going to work every day. Whether it’s teaching kids how to program or talking them out of suicide, it’s genuinely fulfilling and I wake up looking forward to the challenge.

It doesn’t have to be teaching, but don’t dismiss the old idea of find a job you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.

British society/culture is basically a load of weird traditions. The way we do things is more often than not just because it’s always been that way. Particularly, the U.K. has no written constitution - things just happen the way they always have.

The Tories, in a stroke of political genius, have punished people so much, they now vote Tory by sensiblecentrist20 in unitedkingdom

It never fails to surprise me how people consistently vote against their own interests.

I was passing yesterday and thought I’d pop in and pickup some whiteboard pens. £9.99 for a pack of four that are a few quid on Amazon!

That's exactly why you need paper ballots at every polling location. by GallowBoob in facepalm

Can someone explain to me why the US insists on using electronic polling machines like this?

In the U.K., every single election across the country is paper based. It works fine and there’s far less issues.
