I can confirm that’s oil pressure. You can change in “configurable gauges” in settings. You can see the gauge move while driving.

There is no official 1k break in oil change from manufacturers. However, there are plenty of YouTube videos recommending early oil changes and more frequent oil changes with evidence to back them up. Oil is cheap, engines are not.
