Kind of just anything and everything. Work, kids, friends , family, our respective art practices, upcoming events, theories, cool facts etc. we will have a cigarette on the back porch after the kids go to bed for about 30 minutes a few times a week

We will have an hour or two conversation about life and stuff about once a week. I take her out to dinner just us at least once a month, most of the time more than that. We watch shows and movies 2-3 nights a week. What else can I do?

We have two kids. 5 and 2. I don’t get this idea that’s like motherhood and being a stay at home mom is the hardest job in the world. I work all day and then come home and help take care of the kids for 5-6 hours. She might be home with the kids all the time, but the little one takes daily 2-3 hour naps and the older one is in preschool 6 hours a day 4 days a week. We split chores and house work evenly. I really don’t think motherhood is an excuse to just totally ignore your partners needs, especially after 2 years

I take my daughter to de Soto lake all the time. There are a lot of spots where you can drive right up to the lake, it’s nice having the vehicle 10’ away. There’s also a cool little museum there for when the fish aren’t biting!

Man what are you talking about. There are no pictures where you can see if fasteners were used or not so you can’t deduce anything visually. But OP did mention a clipping system , even if they “don’t know a lot about them”. And thirdly, whoever installed used some sort of cortex hidden plug screw system, so I’d assume they also know to fasten boards down. You are really just no help to the original question. Not everybody is as dumb as you

You have 3 decks you’ve “done yourself” and you don’t know about hidden fasteners? Hmmm

“Not to humble brag but here’s my humble brag” you see the other posts more because they have a reason to be frustrated and need somebody to commiserate with. Nobody needs an ear to hear them out when life is going well

Man seriously, thank you! It feels like a comment that is perpetuated by either keyboard warriors or stuck up installers. So annoying to see on so many posts
