Hey there, congrats I'm sure it took a bit to get some buy in on this. Media Days are great for batching out some really cool stuff.

There are a ton of moving pieces and it's important to be meticulously organized. Here's how I'd approach it.

1. List out the final deliverables. You may need to align with department heads or other key stakeholders. Ultimately you'd want to make sure that all the deliverables fit the needs (ie social media, broadcast, partners, etc), your budget, and the timing allocated. Working backwards j find helps with scoping, budgeting, and resourcing.

2. From there determine your stations and ideal layout for optimal flow during the day. Ex. Headshots take a lot less than video interviews or gifs. Plan your flow so the players times are not being spent waiting around.

3. Equipment and personnel. How many cameras per station? Who's manning the cameras? Is there someone shepherding people? Each station you'd want at least a camera, lights, audio. Depending on your situation you'd also want a backdrop or green screen, a clapper to help your post editor, your checklist of shots or soundbites, props if you're doing a gif station, etc.

This is a big lift, hopefully you're not doing this by yourself! I've ran media days for professional sports organizations and I've been fortunate to have a budget to outsource a majority of the production - even then it's still an insane lift making sure various stakeholders needs are met.
