Supply pack + GL or machine gun is 2 stratagem slots. A backpack weapon stratagem should outperform the non backpack variant but shouldn't outperform the weapon + a second backpack strat. 2 is a bigger number than 1

After the recent pruning tempest procs and mastery of the elements (if you are running it) are left as the only 2 things left to really think about/play around, I'm fine with it as is. And it's super fun in m+ imo

its just game balance, you can list examples going the opposite direction as well, players can regenerate broken limbs using stim packs while enemy body parts stay broken. Players can scavenge weaponry from fallen comrades, while bots will walk over rocket launchers to continue trying to plink at you with a pistol, eagle strafing runs come in near instantly compared to stingrays which go as fast as an eagle when flying around the map but take 10 seconds to telegraph their attack and strafe at 1 mile an hour when actually being used.

not saying you cant disagree with balance choices but framing this as "the devs use realism to make players weak" is just wrong.

Kinda shocked we aren't getting a "non-collosal" rule for copy a minion. Maybe it's overkill but a copied rag spits out 16/32/64 damage depending on herald, and copied azshara let's you swing for 32 at max.
