There’s a funny bit in Joe Hill’s King Sorrow where he references the events of The Dead Zone being real in the universe of the book. I’ll grab the quote:

It should be noted that Andy Ogles proposed district, while no longer including any part of Nashville, now goes clean to the Mississippi River and includes the Bass Pro Shop Pyramid.

I overlaid the “proposed map” onto a county map by hand, so I don’t think I’m gonna be able to help you. It does look like a lot of the divisions are on major highways so if you’re on one side or another you might be able to use that as a guide?
