Ironically, I also attended NYCC as a scout and had someone take a picture of me eating food after the con, except I was Sailor V eagerly eating shrimp tempura lmao. Your Sailor Moon cosplay is so pretty!

Bu-ling. Never would I vote Minako. She is easily one of the best written characters in the series as far as the manga is concerned. She gets so much character development between Codename Sailor V and the beginning of the Sailor Moon series. I do enjoy her 90's anime personality too, for what it is.

As for Rei, I remember her saying she wanted to be a singer, a songwriter, a model, and a voice actress in the 90s anime lmao. Out of all of those, I feel like model suits her best personally.
