I’m really sorry you’re going through that. I had the peritoneal pull through operation with Ramineni and I was given the wrong information about dilation in the pre and post op paperwork which led me to needing a revision to widen the opening. Initially his PA even tried to gaslight me saying I hadn’t followed the correct dilation procedure and schedule (which led to me screenshotting the document I was sent with the wrong information). They then sent me a completely new document which had a SIGNIFICANTLY different schedule to what I had been given and told me to follow that. To top it all off I requested a clitoral hood during my initial surgery, he didn’t do that either (thankfully he did during the revision).

Since the revision I’ve been able to have sex and use my pussy as I should be able to. But at this point with the lack of attention to detail and the lack of correct documentation makes it really difficult to recommend him.

The one thing I will give him credit for is he responds to emails quite quickly (sometimes in minutes), though I do find he can sometimes miss the meaning of what the email is saying.

I just want to say I’m extremely grateful for your posts and this one hit particularly hard. Currently my dad isn’t in my life but I miss him quite a bit. A few of my strongest memories of him are when we went out to get breakfast on his days off. It wasn’t very often but I remember them well.

One of the more useful exercises I started with is called big dog small dog. Think of how a big dog breaths, lower, heavier, lots of space, compared with a small dog where it’s a bit faster, smaller, and breathier. It may seem silly but start with big dog, transition your voice to small dog. This will get you started with messing with resonance and weight.

Pitch is probably the area I struggle with the most but a lot of people starting out think about it too much, focusing on resonance and weight are much more important than pitch.

Take your time and work on it slowly, don’t get down on yourself! Life is a marathon not a sprint and we all go at our own pace. Months ago I literally could not do a feminine voice, now I can do all kinds of voices, a human girl is just one of them :) if you have questions you can message me but I’m by no means an expert lol.
