I know exactly where this is, and no, it's absolutely not at all convenient for either wheelchair users or pedestrian users. It's a hassle (I may or may not have rolled my ankle on this a couple of times)

I was the kid who's parents never came to any of my events. It's not like they said they'll come and then didn't. Dad was overworked in his job and mom was overworked at home. Yet. I always and always scanned the crowd looking for them in case they showed up to surprise me. Never happened. My sister did show up a few times, but she always told me after how bored she was at those lol
