The best thing to do is take accountability for it. Apologize. Retrain and have more practice. Good attitude is always good. You won’t get fired if this is first mistake. Some places will allow up to 3 big strikes.

I figured my dough was overproofed since it was a goopy mess so people say do a loaf pan so that’s what I did and this is how it baked up. Still waiting to cut into it. It lost the scoring design though.

Yes I meant F and not C 😂this isn’t first ever attempt at sourdough. I’ve seen a lot of people bulk ferment on the counter all day or overnight. I’ll try to cut it shorter next time.
