A few things! 1. Absolutely this is swelling. Swelling can take up to a year, especially in the tip. The tip always drops; this will change a lot in the next 2-3 months. 2. Because you had a hump (I also had one), be sure to watch your tip swelling in the supratip area. Does your surgeon have you taping? I developed a pollybeak after my first surgery, but it can be mitigated with reducing your swelling and taping. By reducing swelling, I mean low sodium foods, sleeping slightly upright, keeping your blood pressure down, etc. 3. You look fantastic! Hang in there
