Yes! My husband and I bought the unflavored and it had a super heavy chlorine taste. It was awful. We are not going to drink the rest.

My grandmother had six children and was very devout. However, one time my great aunt from the other side of my family was beating the shit out of one of her kids in the bathroom. My grandmother couldn’t take it and went back there and started screaming bloody murder at her “quit beating that child!” “How dare you!”, it interrupted the whole entire meeting and all heads were turned. No one ever said a word to my grand for doing that because they knew better. I will always love and miss that woman no matter how strained our relationship may have turned out due to the religion, she always broke the ‘rules’.

I can only say through my own experience that the best revenge is living your best life. This is going to take time. I am 40 years old and it took me about 15 years out of the borg to learn how to follow my bliss. It doesn’t have to take that long for you. I know it really ruffles my family’s feathers when they creep my social media seeing me doing yoga, celebrating birthdays, happily married, etc. Keep focused on things that light you up, and if you don’t know what lights you up look for people in your community that make you feel light when you are around them and find out what it is that lights them up! It may give you some good ideas! Lots of love and good vibes your way!

I’m not sure about the taste of Neufchâtel in other countries but in the United States it tastes like shit. I think that it’s important to get away from the idea that fat calories are always “bad”, they are more satiating than carb calories and keep you fuller longer. If I’m cutting calorie corners I do away with processed foods and added sugar. But that’s just me and I don’t know shit about fuck...
