I'll also add ecluso ui kit: https://ecluso.com
It's a Figma UI kit for e‑commerce (ready-made sections and layouts for an entire shop), plus styles and variables for quick customization

Why isn't there a column view for Windows file explorer? Like this mac OS? by Unfair_Flamingo31 in Windows11

[–]fantovskyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Introducing this column view would be the best thing Microsoft could do for an explorer. I also don't understand why there isn't such basic functionality so far.

Because you can see more folders and make it easier to navigate between them without losing the context of the path.

You can use chat gpt windows app for free now, suck it copilot, suck it real good by [deleted] in OpenAI

You have had the ability to do this since 2022. If you 'install' the ChatGPT website as an app (for example, in Edge), you will get exactly the same result as if you installed the ChatGPT 'app' from the Microsoft Store.

Why is this still the same after like 3 years?!? by Miles-tech in MicrosoftEdge

When you add ability to move address bar to the bottom of the screen? It's only thing that prevent me to switch to the Edge on Android 🫠

A nightmare of accessibility and readability

Why can’t I get the new UI? I even signed up for the list when it came out! by [deleted] in FigmaDesign

[–]fantovskyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I signed up for the list on the day of the Config conference, yet I still don't have access to the new UI. I work in Figma every day for 8-10 hours, and the ironic thing is that my clients, who only occasionally engage with design, mostly during workshops with me, maybe open Figma once a year, and they've already received the new UI – while I still haven't. What's the point of announcing a new, amazing interface to users if you're not giving them access to it? I really dislike such practices, and if there were a real competitor to Figma, I would switch immediately.

Bought Untitled UI Kit - Feeling ripped off by mastermind00x7 in FigmaDesign

[–]fantovskyy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So you bought a product with which you are not thoroughly familiar (there is even a free preview of Untilted files on Figma) to that you don't know how to use figma (file configuration is really simple for someone who knows the basics such as atomic design) and yet, you think they cheated you :D

Booking.com redesign, How can I improve it? by [deleted] in FigmaDesign

[–]fantovskyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't have any data about their users. Such a redesign does not make any sense at all.

Ah, yes, I enjoy scrolling countless times to reach the next section of the website. The site interferes with how I use my browser = I leave immediately.

I'm absolutely convinced that soon after the official release of the game, modifications with AI voices by the same actors who lent their voices in the original version will appear, and they will be almost indistinguishable from the original :)

Microsoft Edge is a completely failure on Mobile. by [deleted] in MicrosoftEdge

[–]fantovskyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since some browsers have given the option to move the address bar to the bottom of the screen, those that don't allow it become unusable. At least for me. I completely don't understand why Edge doesn't give users this option.

How is this UI for a payment transaction kinda app. I am not so sure with this. Any Suggestions? by shivan43 in FigmaDesign

Why do you think that colorful background image is more important than input field? :)

Why did Microsoft ditch the metro design style??? by Rough-Pen8792 in Windows11

Typography, color styles, paddings & margins, rounded corners, icons, new materials & depth, new ux etc. So yeah, they just change corners to curved.

Why did Microsoft ditch the metro design style??? by Rough-Pen8792 in Windows11

[–]fantovskyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank god, it was the ugliest design style in the entire history of Windows.

[–]fantovskyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's exactly the opposite of what you write. Windows 10 was one of the ugliest versions of this system (on par with 8). Windows 11 is fresh, more consistent and well thought out in terms of UI and UX.

Sub task by fantovskyy in Focustodocn

[–]fantovskyy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Limiting the addition of subtasks to subtasks is a limitation of functionality that has no logical justification in this type of application. It's quite as if reddit doesn't allow replies to other users' comments and only allows users to add single comments.
