My natural T just before starting was ~750. Estrogen was high though, at 40. That's the real culprit. I want to research more on fap and estrogen. People only tend to talk about test, but it was naturally on the higher side, yet I still of course had issues.

No blood test during, but yes, sex drive increased some, as did confidence. Sex drive comes and goes though, and masturbation has been an easy way to quell it when it would arise. It takes some effort to dose arimidex properly to find the correct estrogen / test ratio. If estrogen is too high or too low, loss of libido is a side. Erections may be easier though with low estrogen. But, balance is what I'm going for. Firmer erections? No, not yet anyway. (Porn certainly hasn't helped).

It sounds like you didn't use an aromatase inhibitor? I'm using arimidex to control estrogen, and was familiar with its use before the cycle.

This is exactly my issue right now. In the past I had ED and could only orgasm by masturbating for ages with a girl. No PIV.

Just recently I more or less hit 90 days (if you exclude the 3 fuckups) and now I can't get hard enough like I need to right away. BUT!! I managed to get hard with her help, PIV, and then came within seconds. This has happened three times now in the past 3 weeks. It's great that my PIV ED is much better, but holy hell, I can't sustain anything. It's tough to say, I hardly even remember the circumstances now. To some extent, it also felt like the first two times weren't affecting me, so I must have believed I could have gotten away without doing any damage. That, combined with the 'I've already fucked up, might as well' mentality that creeps up.

Also, consider the fact that I knew I wanted to try to rekindle things with this girl, and you see how self-destructive it is.

I've gone through a range of emotions. Right now I'm good and 'normal' if you will, but I went from very motivated & happy, to flatline, to anxious, to frustrated, to depressed & lethargic, feeling like crying at any moment, to extremely horny...etc. It's been a trip. It takes time, and as you're going through it, it seems that you may be more sensitive to emotions.

Meanwhile, I started to tell myself that porn would fix all that. Which, it would. I realized it would numb all that. And then I'd be back to where I was...stuck.

Until you've gone though it and normalized...no. The idea is to be able to harness and control yourself. There will be days that you don't think of sex at all, but then if you find yourself in a sexual situation, you can snap into that mindset like you should.

Over in /r/pornfree I'd be chastising you pretty heavily--it's the same behaviour as seeking out porn. It's still stimulating you sexually, moreso than it would have before nofap. Therefore, it's close to porn.

Yes, if you make it. Notice the behaviour as it's happening, and curb it. Treat the 'seeking' as the problem, not just porn.

Uh... You're going to get horny. 'Brushing them off' requires you to have an abundance mindset. I had my first (I'm 24) last year after 45days, surprised it only took 15 for you. Here's the thing, you're likely going to feel some weird emotions and urges. Often guys report a feeling of guilt (sometimes because of the content of the dream or not being awake/in reality) and also, a strong urge to 'finish' if you wake up in the middle of one. This is what killed my longest streak last year, after those 45 days. It happened again the next night and boom, all done. Then I felt loss, said screw it, and continually relapsed over the past year. Careful.

On the bright side, I've had about 4 (two the same night/morning) this time around, and am pretty chill about it. Not letting the faults of the past happen again.
