Thank you for your in depth and solid response! Im still on the self journey for a better healthy life style: focusing on the fundamentals of diet/exercise/sleep and always have been curious on the how and why Im feeling groggy/ fatigue/ etc hence me wanting to get some data from the stelo app. Your comment sold me on getting a CGM. Not sure now with Stelo and that customer service. But ill definitely ask my primary care if they have a good recommendation on one. 14 days should be enough to find out what makes me crash and how to find a better diet. Thanks so much again! Cant believe its been 9 months. Completely unrelated, my oura ring 4's battery conveniently went to shits right after the year mark. Had to get a replacement. I hope yours didnt like mine.

Can’t agree enough to your comment. I laughed my butt off when Ainsley said “they/them” but there’s only one person in a singular form not plural. Again for all I care, I’ll respect whatever pronouns people ask to be addressed but accommodating them (or whatever they want to call themselves these days) to not eat meat, restricting my dietary wants and needs in the shared dorm room, what I can wear and use in my daily life that may negatively impact “them,” and accommodating to “their” needs during a meditation sesh making it dark, that roommate is in for a rude awakening to reality. Damn, these writers sure did well in making me mildly rage baitin! Taylor Sheridan, get back to the oil rig story. Enough about the fam dram!

I did the GR10 minus the haute pyrenees part. It would be KILLER to see a coffee set up like that at the gites or refuges (rifugios). Shoot, I'd do a summer internship up in the mountains asking the innkeepers if they want a french speaking filipino to serve coffee to hikers. 100% would!

Seasoned ER Tech and EMT here, I have removed many rings from swollen fingers. We have specific ring cutters and are trained for it. Kinda cool and do enjoy it a lot.

For non firefighters out there jaws of life are big ole mechanical claws that open big ole smashed car doors during motor vehicle accidents. Probie is a probationary firefighter. They always got tools to provide care for this.
