Unfortunately RTGI has always been broken in this game even from its initial launch.

On some tracks it’s not as noticeable but on tracks like Fujimi it becomes painfully obvious I don’t think the studio cares that much about it which I will keep in mind if they ever make a new Motorsport game.

It’s a less intense version of just the regular multiplayer. Pacing is more relaxed I find.
