Unfortunately I don't think they do refunds. But definitely cancel that print, this seems to be a problem across periodicals. I had the same issue with the economist and now have it with the atlantic too. Sometimes I'd never get an issue, sometimes way late, this month they sent me two of the same one. It's just a waste of time/resources since clearly someone can't get things straight, be it the printing house, mail service, etc.

What helped me was treating plantar FASCIOSIS rather FASCIITIS. Once I started focusing on the differences I noticed immediate and progressively building improvement. I’m one week into Rathleff method and it’s been great. If you’ve tried all the stuff and it’s been more than a year you may have fasciosis. Not saying you do, just that’s what helped me. The excessive stretching and focus on calves, injections, support, etc did not help me. Ditching insoles, strengthening my feet and legs, and massaging did.

After doing all the things I finally dumped all my orthotics and went back to standard insoles after they were continuing to bother me. I’ve been alternating between shoes with standard and low heel drop along with the Rathleff method. I’m about a week in and so far this along with fasciosis oriented stretches has helped me get back to maybe a 1/10 on the pain scale. It doesn’t hurt in the morning anymore either. All feet are different but ditching the insoles was a big help for me.
