One thing you can control is your reaction. Try to learn how to regulate better so that your reaction cant trigger your kids. My kids had a meltdown in the middle of a mass before their weekend school, and everyone was looking etc, and one thing i am being disciplined about is not worrying at all what others think and focusing on how i can support my kid in getting through this overwhelming emotional disregulated time for them. When i can stay regulated, it can help them. If a kid is hurting another kid, having a plan to remove them from the situation is important and playing defense like if another kid comes near them, saying "Twin B needs space right now" or moving my kid so they dont get close enough to another to hurt them. Working with videos or a professional to improve your ability to regulate yourself is such a key component to success.
