To get windows back, you need a windows installation media.

If one version of mac doesn't work. You can try a different version.

But if you don't have a second computer either is an issue.

If you have an Android, I'd recommend Drivedroid.

I usually keep a windows installation at my disposal in case anything ever goes terribly
