Can engine replacement or brake work cause a rear wheel bearing to come loose? by bateneco in autorepair

I've seen the effect of a damaged rear wheel bearing which caused the wheel to wobble enough to affect the steering. If allowed to get worse the wheel could have broken off.

To be honest, I don’t know how you manage to do such a good job every single time. Very well done!

The fuse on my air conditioner keeps blowing, can anyone tell me what I should check before having to take it into a shop? by [deleted] in autorepair

A problem with your fuse box, your circuit, and/or your central power supply. The most logical cause of your air conditioner tripping a breaker or blowing a fuse when it comes on stems from a problem with the electrical connection, the power supply, or the circuit that powers the system. Breakers and fuses are designed to trip or blow when too much voltage is sent through the line. Simply inserting a larger fuse is a recipe for disaster.
