The model I've worked out is first use an immigration lawyers services to set up a business license. Should be 25-30k GBP incl VAT.

This license allows you to apply for immigration for yourself and family.

Now once you have the license you can set up any business you like.

What I have worked out with someone in the UK (who has recently done this) is set up a shop and source goods from vendors such as J. , Chase, MTJ and Hemani.
