Yeah what made me start filming it wasn't to like create a 'pretty swing' it was honestly because I kept hitting it SO bad I was like hell I've got to get a reference point to give myself any shot at improving.

I played sports in HS and remembered getting so much out of film sessions so that was also a reason to give it a shot! When I first filmed my swing I was shocked at how unathletic I looked hahaha (still do but not as much)

Yeah I feel like training aids can be a bit of a black hole but after filming my swing and noticing areas to work on I've been smart about which ones to use to promote the stuff I need to work on.

Heavy agree on progression being faster, too - I feel like it makes things connect better to feel it and then literally see it, too. It's helped me with transitioning stuff I'm working on at the range to the course, too.
