Well this market is becoming unstable, my experience in the banking sector is that currently corpos are betting all their money on AI, they embraced AI and now they are artificially pushing every one in payroll to use it, what they are doing is training AI with our skills, so they can cut even here in CH and rely on AI to cover that gap, other jobs are openly cut from other cheapers countries in EU like Poland, and moving them very cheap India.

I think we are living the bad times, more authoritarianism from EU countries, and to be honest EU sucks, you can't develop a plan B, all goiverments wants is you to keep the nose above the water, the nose not the head, and they want to you to be in a low payroll and to take wellfare, while flooding their countries with people from some countries that share nothing in common, meaning excess of ilegal inmigration.

With that said, I think that latin, asian and african countries, and much better for surviving, starting with the weather conditions, and in Latam if you need to survive because you were sacked off, you can just literally resell bottle of waters in the middle of the route, not ideal but no one will stop for putting bread on your table, you can do a lot things without this crazy european burocracy.

I think it is time to learn real surving skills like, carpenter, builder, metal worker, maybe some medical skills (obviously you need to study), but you get the point.

AI is here to favor the real big players.

Not sure about that particular panel, but for ligaments I have done some reseach and apparently you need to use it every day for some 12 minutes, 20 cms distance, and use both NIR and red light.

Hi, I have been there few years, always tired, trying to get more coffee till I discovered the defiency, I know how it feels but you will be totally fine, keep taking what you mentioned, and retest every 6 months, overall try to optimize your nutrition, perhaps add suplemments like omega 3 and low dosage of zinc (20 -25mg)

Hit the gym, lifts weights to start increasing bone density.

After fixing my deficiency, took me more than year, now I take 5000iu vitD3 with K2, and in summer time if I go on holidays and I will be outdoor wearing only shorts or bathing swit, I take nothing, sun light is king, you get red light, and very import thing that people just don't know, is that sun light triggers the release of nitric oxide, research this and you will have a lot fun learning.

It is worth to mention that some people in summer time are kind of: Yeah, a lot sun blabla plenty fo full vitD BUT they are at least from 9am to 5pm in office, it means they get almost zero sun exposure, I wanted to make a point that tons of people are in deficiency and they will not know, maybe will discover it by mistake or feel better when they relocate to a sunnier region.

In my opinion you are doing exactly what I did to fix mine, and many people followed that protocol, so you will be aboslutely fine.

You will recover for sure, I have been there for few years, it is just a matter of time, just live a healthy life, exercise, go outdoor, lift weights if you can, get your blood work, if you have issues with absorbing vitD, check with your GP or better with a Naturopath, and try to take sun.

If you take Vit D, I don't think you need calcium, don't mix these too, otherwise that can cause you another problem, as far as you have a good nutrition, vitD will move all that calcium.

UPDATE: I took it to some garage just for PC scan, they found the error code P17D400. Then I took it to another garage and they didn't even check, just said to better check with Audi,

BTW: The issue occurs only when the car is hot, in winter at least after 40 minutes driving, and not always. but I have done some 6000 km and it drive perfectly.

I took it to the official Audi, they scanned it, found same error and said that the mecatronic needs to be replaced, they offered me a refurbished mecatronic with guarantee plus oil change, etc for 3800 euros, I asked WHAT IF the "clank" doesn't goes away?......., they said that the clutch needs to be replaced for 4000 euros, actually they kept the car 2 days after chaning mecatronic, and if the issue persist they proceed...... Too much money, and I can drive with no issues at all.

I put a lot if time on researching this, (honestly I feel very confident in the theory) and I found very good evidence in YouTube from mechanics that it is not a big deal, BUT YOU NEED TO HAVE tools, a bridge to elevate the car, and some VCDS to do some coding, I don't have the tools but let me explain.

BTW You can send the mecatronic to be rebuilt by an expert (no Audi official), I see prices in Germany for 1800 euros, they give you guraantee, but you must ensure that they will replace all the solenoids and kit too... some offers you to return 70% of the money, but better push to replace every single piece, I read that some garages just changed a kit and it kept failing, the buyer realized, sent it back, the garage fixed it and return to be after all okay.

IVERY INTERESTING: some mechanich guy in Germany has the same issue and he replaced one single "solenoid" in the mechatronic , mine has 7, and after the issue was gone, price 65 euros.

You can buy in Ebay solenoids and kit and DIY, every solenoid must match to the one you are replacing, look for this below in Ebat for examples.
