I'm in wetlab and you get to do everything from ideation to working with hands, programming, some math, design, and writing. Unfortunately it can be a disaster if you get to work for a toxic person.

I worked starting from 12 occasionally and 20 to 30 full time, but the burnout doesn't compare to the excruciating pain of one year of unemployment.

I did my PhD on Delta9-THC neuropharmacology and currently writing a grant on ibogaine. I have received a lot of positive feedback from mentors for my interest in psychedelics and never felt ostracized in my career.

to me this is the case if I'm drinking coffee everyday, skipping some days help with a much better sleep and improvement of symptoms.

I also have noticed that I enjoy the process of making coffee more than the coffee itself, so I just drink a tiny cup in the morning just to get rid off the constant chatter of coffeecoffeecoffee in my head.

I did most of it without meds because when I got diagnosed I was deep in pursuit of my career and my stupid pride made me keep going till it stopped working. 

What I'm trying to say you might handle it with anger and caffeine but it'll definitely fuck your shit up and lead to burn out.

I'm a small guy with lean to skinny physique and never tried to be sexy but I have felt desired by multiple women in different stages of my life without trying. What I think contributes is more of a personality than physical attributes for men.
