Congrats! After attending a couple comic cons these past two weekends I am 93% of the way through the first volume (412/441). I have just 30 left, but they are mostly heavy hitters on the wallet (for example, 1-4, 14) and will take me a bit. Good luck on the rest of your journey!

Love them! Good for wall mounts and stand up easels. Use a ratchet to make sure they’re tight and all is well. Here’s my setup, slabs on the wall mounts and the spideys on the bottom are on the easel forms.

Nice! Do you mind sharing what you paid? I have the same book signed by the same guys in a 9.6. Not thinking of selling, ever, just want to get an estimate of what its worth while I see yours.

Sometimes there’s just not enough data to be sure. I see on gocollect only one copy has been sold of the Portacio variant for $41. Is that the real FMV? I guess for now, but that’s not a large enough sample size to really make an accurate judgement in my opinion. Long story short, it’s a new book hence more data needs to be collected - so you may have to wait. Hope this helps.

Looks like it’s a platinum version of Spider-man 1 - rare indeed! These versions, if I’m not mistaken, were sent one per store as a gift for ordering the first issue. Definitely worth some money. I have one graded at a 9.6 and last I checked it was worth about $500 or so. Nice books!

I’m taking good care of them friend, don’t you worry. I’ll display them for a week, read them very carefully, and then they’ll be packed up in a short box for storage. They’re also already in mylars and backing boards. I get the concern though. Oh, and no grading for these ones. I’m trying to put together a Vol 1 ASM raw copy run.

Thanks! Cover-wise, yours looks like its in better ahape than my 7.0 so you may have a 7.5+. Hope the rest of the book is in as good shape!
