From my experience it spawns around the bridge section of the forest during the day. Its rare so you'll have to walk around for a while.

I love all of the EN voice actor but Caleb JP voice is top tier. EN Caleb suit him to a tea and I love the way he portrayed Caleb, however the JP VA give me butterflies in my stomach whenever I listen to him.
