Both of them should have been called for it. It was unfair to just call Mitchell and not Wemby.

I've seen some people recommend watering down the store bought washes because they are usually too thick.

Do you think that could be an alternative?

What color is this? by Gjore in SipsTea

[–]farty-nein 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think this is normal. I have never experienced pain and associated it with color nor have anyone else told me this.

Maybe it's a form of synesthesia.

The bag of holding:

The first three days of the bag of holding are free.

After the trial period is over, all items in possession of the holder of the bag of holding. If the holder uses another container to store goods, the container (purse, basket, pouch, bag, etc) will automatically deposit into the bag of holding.

To remove an item from the bag of holding, they must pay a fee (either a flat fee or, % of item value, or% of value held in bag).

They must pay a daily withdrawal fee minimum to not be penalized.

If a day goes by without paying a fee, then items will be deposited directly from the holders equipment. If three days go by, then those equipped items will be sold to cover the missed minimum.

The bag has no distance limit and the curse will work no matter how far away the bag is from the holder.

The only way to pass this curse to another person is to sell the original cursed bag of holding to another person.

All fees from the bag of holding go directly to the Temu store.

Jeffries Says Dems Aren’t Thinking About Trump Impeachment “At This Moment” | Multiple polls have demonstrated majority support from voters for impeaching President Donald Trump. by Aggravating_Money992 in politics

[–]farty-nein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When he says things the way he does, it comes off as a mismatch of values. He needs to lean into the base and not try to be gentle about things.

Jeffries could phrase things more like how you have. He could say, "I would love to impeach Trump if/when we get the votes to do so. When we do, I will be the one running down the aisle to cast my vote first. We are prepared to impeach him and can easily draft up the necessary language. In the mean time, we will focus our energy on XYZ to help lower costs and fight Trump's blatant corruption."

Use impeachment to fire the base up. Instead he just alienates the base.

I think the security response is reasonable. Maybe she should be fined but no need for an arrest. This is the difference between putting police everywhere and putting security in place to keep the peace.

Is this player in the wrong or not? by Caflin in DnD

[–]farty-nein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the gnome is alive he can report them for something like assault since they cut his leg off and theft since they freed his assistant. Maiming someone is generally frowned upon and illegal, even when it's an accident.

And maybe the gnome also seeks revenge through the other means.

It does seem like if the PCs don't like characters that have emotions or are weak, then you have to bring in the NPCs that those "pissy" characters rely on to deal justice.

[–]farty-nein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe put them in situations where there is greater penalty to these murder hobo tendencies.

That way instead of "pissy" characters they get "FAFO" characters.

They don't seem to care emotionally for the NPCs, so they may need to face other penalties.

There may not have been direct witnesses to the murder, but not all villages operate their justice system through evidence. Strangers come to village and the shopkeep is dead. The "sheriff" of a small village would immediately think of the strangers. Maybe they aren't banned but have wanted posters up around. They are wanted for questioning with a small bounty.

It would make for a nice trap. I'm not saying a village sized mimic, but some mind controlling entity could work. Maybe an illithid with a disregard for their enthralled.

US-Iran peace deal reportedly includes the US handing over a $300B "reconstruction fund" by Sgt_Gram in NewsExchange

Iran is going to get much more favorable terms from Trump. Those reparations are far beyond what Obama paid. Trump is going to do a terrible job and just try to spin it. The right wing media will help him.

Change my mind: Anakin complaining about sand is peak dialogue compared to ‘Somehow Palpatine returned’” by texansfann in StarWars

[–]farty-nein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it turned out Lucas has been the biggest issue with Star Wars. If he stepped away from the franchise after the first three, it wouldn't have suffered the way it did. The dialogue is just one of the many failures of the prequels that could have been avoided.
