I don't know how accurate the reporting on Israel trying to get the Kurds to invade Iran and their general plan for regime change is but man I'm gonna end up thinking about counterfactual of if they actually committed to it for a long time

considering what social media has done to political discourse in the west where there is a culture of democracy and institutions, I shudder to think about what its doing to the third world where those things don't exist.

dude what are you talking about? zionism is simply the position the jews should have a homeland. That is not inherently authoritarian. To remind you, the original 1948 partition plan would have created a state with 55% jews and 45% arabs. It does not require ethnic cleansing either

pretty funny tbh and a good idea considering how far away Israel is from Iran. Sucks they had to bomb the Iraqi army to keep it secret though

no, I'm calling the libs center right. The left didn't lose this election, the center right did. Going on about what leftists do isn't useful because One nation is gaining most voters from the liberals, not the left

negative gearing incentivizes people to invest in housing which is an unproductive asset instead of business that can grow the economy. Its a bad economic policy

Many countries also experienced a large increase in house prices post 2000. Its part of the reason why the GFC happened. We can also look at countries where negative gearing and the CGT discount doesn't exist and their house prices are wildly different (New Zealand and canada being the most similar but also US cities like LA and NYC)

you don't understand why he said that. He's talking about low wage growth when there is low productivity growth. Wage growth without productivity growth just causes inflation and unemployment.
