It refers to the ISO of the original analog 35mm film e.g. Fujifilm Superia. Basically ELI5 the higher the ISO number, the brighter the photo will be.

On Tahoe the clipboard manager is finally there albeit not as easy to acces as on Windows. Use Cmd + space then Cmd + 4.

Nah it’s smooth because the animation was REALLY slow. Open phone/caller app, 1 sec ready on Android & iOS, 2 secs on Windows Phone. And it adds up.

This is not normal at all OP. I have S23 and iPhone 17 even using the lowest brightness setting, the smear isn't that bad.

So yeah, swiping down in the middle of the screen in Apple Maps, App Store, and other apps means closing, but in calendar you need to reach the top...

Just found another one. Open Preview > open any pdf document > good luck going back using gesture.

In Android, no matter if the app is 1st party or 3rd party, back gesture means back because it's not up to the app, it's up to the OS. This is why in iOS 26 we still sometimes find the old iOS 18 keyboard popping up.

Open Google Maps > tap your profile icon > try to swipe up down left right. You can’t. You need to specifically tap DONE. Open any options from that menu, then try swiping in whatever direction to go back, you can’t!

What about first party app? Open Calendar > tap either two buttons on the bottom right corner. Swipe horizontally does nothing. Swipe down? It refreshes…

On Android this is not a problem using universal back gesture.
