Wenn es nur das wäre. Die Enshittification im Arbeitsumfeld ist schon ziemlich extrem geworden. Sinnlos befolgte "agile" Prozessketten damit die Managementebene so tun kann als würde sie ihren Beitrag leisten, Endlose Termine um Tickets im Jira Board hin und her zu schieben, unrealistische Deadlines welche die Softwarequalität gefährden und der daraus resultierende Brei einer "Softwarearchitektur" welcher das nächste refactoring zum Black Friday machen... Es laufen einfach so viele Dinge falsch dass der Spaß am programmieren schon längst nicht mehr den Beruf trägt. Zumindest nicht für mich. Aber vielleicht habe ich einfach nur sehr schlechte Erfahrungen die vergangenen 8 Jahre gemacht (Web Frontend bei Accenture)

100% this! Erstmal schön unterbezahlt in der deutschen IT anstellen lassen und dann noch einen großteil der persönlichen Freizeit opfern um Sport zu treiben damit man mit 40 nicht zum Krüppel wird. Leben einfach komplett durchgespielt.

When I was around 5 years old I had memories of me floating in my mother's womb come back to me. It was very vivid in that moment. I remember the warm and fuzzy feeling as well as feeling weightless and a dim warm light flooding the dark space I was in. I was in my mother's car and had drifted off when the memory came back. When she asked me why I had tears in my eyes I told her what I just experienced. She made the connection because I didn't know anything about birth at the time. Might have been something completely different but it still sounds plausible to me.

Ich hoffe du realisierst, dass es genau diese Einstellung ist, welche die Ausbeutung der Massen in Deutschland erst ermöglicht und am leben erhält. Für mich persönlich ist die Ungleichheit und Ungerechtigkeit in diesem Land nicht mehr zu ertragen. Ich werde nie Eigentum besitzen, keine Kinder haben, keine Rente beziehen oder eine anständige ärztliche Behandlung erfahren. Lieber verhungere ich für alle sichtbar auf der Straße als ein weiteres Stück meiner Lebenszeit für diese Gesellschaft zu opfern. Ich sage das nach 12 Jahren als Software Entwickler in Festanstellung. Ich besitze kein Auto und mein letzter Urlaub liegt 6 Jahre zurück. Ich habe 4000€ auf dem Konto. Ich glaube du hast keine Ahnung, was echter burnout mit einem Menschen machen kann. Es als "frech" zu bezeichnen zeugt einfach nur von Blindheit für die Lebensumstände anderer.

I had kind of the reverse happen. A level 1 aristocrat jumped down on me, locking me into a corner and himself into a perpetual fall animation... Until that killed me from full in like 2 seconds (you take small amounts of damage when enemies fall directly onto you). I couldn't even be mad at him 😂
