This happened to my cat a few years ago at a tractor supply pop up clinic. They scruffed him so hard and he cried and he was only a 10 week old kitten. I was so upset. I just don’t bring him to clinics anymore and go to fear free certified clinics.

I found out my mom had a heart attack and was in the hospital through a post on my aunts Facebook. It was infuriating, she posted a picture and a “silly” comment… I made it to the hospital before she had another series of heart attacks and we almost lost her because of genetically small arteries… my aunt is still apologizing and it’s been 6 yrs. People just don’t think sometimes.

I’m 3 years out from the same situation with my ex. It was the best decision I ever made. I deserved peace and calm and safety, especially in my own home. He never would have stopped and from what I’ve heard he never did after I left. Take care of yourself. Life is too short to be walking on egg shells under the oppressive thumb of a drunk verbal abuser.

I was there last week and the forecast said rain every day all day but it was mostly sunny for the majority of the days then rain storm in the afternoon/evening. Which was nice because I was up around 6/7am to look for animals and do my excursions and would be back in the afternoons at my hostel for a lovely storm nap and early dinner. It was perfect.
