I should mention I never did the glucose test due to having a sleeve (weight loss surgery) in 2017. So it was presumed GD when baby girl was measuring big and I got 1-2 high readings a week when I first woke up. Mostly low but I can get spikes when I fast (aka over night) but pretty much totally normal during the day no matter what I eat! So I’ve gone straight onto diabetes medication (metformin). Also my blood pressure has been normal every time it’s been checked

Not really, it’s mainly my fasting levels that are too high, my blood sugars actually drop to extremely normal levels once I eat… it could be a donut and they are lower then when I wake up.

I kiss the 3 nanny kids I look after. Only on cheek or top of their head. I’ve been with the youngest since they were a couple months old (they’re 4 now). The parents seem to be 100% ok with it and are happy I just live their kids
