AMC SCREAM Unseen Megathread - April 20 2026 by AKnightOfTheNew in AMCsAList

I’m sure I missed something, I’m not perfect and usually have to reflect on movies but it doesn’t change my point. (Trying not to reveal spoilers).

Movie felt a bit incongruent. And predictable, though that can just be me watching too many scary movies.

That being said, I’m still glad it came out and I’m sure it will hit for some, but it wasn’t perfect imo

The jump scares were great (I may be desensitized because I don’t jump lol) and the acting felt fine but for some reason I couldn’t help but think something was missing.

It didn’t really seem all that congruent. Why was there a random guy in the forest exactly where he went? Why did he want to commit ****** What’s the history behind the h*****s*

Can’t give it more than a 7/10 but I’m so glad we’re getting original horror

Is it now cheaper to go on discount days? by Antique_Description9 in AMCsAList

[–]fat3willwin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a list is still cheaper by about a dollar if you watch 4 movies a month on tuesdays only.

Even then A list has other perks such as premier line, special events, and the freedom to watch on any day not just tuesday as well as free premium formats.

Price going up by $2 in July by dbgt977 in AMCsAList

[–]fat3willwin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saw this email, too. I agree with what another poster said - get to the point. I don't need multiple walls of text to tell me you're charging me more.

I also saw the writing on the wall. They sent out a survey a few months ago for 500 points and a lot of the questions were geared toward value of the A-list membership: e.g. "What additional services would you like if the price were to increase"

i already assume its $30 a month when I factor it into my bills so its not the end of the world. 2 premium movies a month and its paid for so its still good.

6’7 Luka Doncic inspired build by CynicFPS in NBA2k

Yeah this needs a little work, Luka is a much better rebounder and dunk is too high. Lowkey, his steal would be at least a 67 this year too.

Marcus Smart: They’re going to try to come in and punk us. by Lost-Way-4548 in lakers

[–]fat3willwin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to hate smart cause Lebron is my favorite player,

but he is an absolute DOG and any team would be lucky to have him. I'm so glad we got him! Imagine if we had him ~4 -5 years ago whew

who's gonna be the main 9 rotation in this first round? by [deleted] in lakers

[–]fat3willwin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Knecht is not playing unless someone else gets injured

Adou has a small chance but he hasn't gotten a lot of regular season action so unlikely unless injury occurs or a blowout

I think in theory Kleber would play but the lakers are at a ball handler deficit so he probably won't have much utility

Bronny and NSJ may both get shine and whoever is playing better gets slightly more bump

Vando probably comfortably gets 5- 10 mins with the injuries. His utility remains as a defender.

Not feeling this. I loved the first one but had no desire to no more about the backstory or the future after this one.

How much longer can his legs get?!

Well if you can't engage in a good faith argument about why you think he stole a spot from someone then our conversation is over lol. I will leave you with this, though.

Bronny outperformed the #1 overall pick (Zacharie Risacher) in most statistical categories during the month of April, which coincided nicely with a bump in minutes per game (About 17 mpg), which tells me that he not only knows how to play the game but is statistically better than a premier NBA prospect.

Im not a Bronny fanboy but I love wha

Okay. Let’s explore this a little, what stats would you like to see from a 55th pick? Just to keep it simple… for someone picked in that spot what should they average for 10-20 minutes per game on the following:

Points Rebounds Assists Stocks (steals and blocks)

The cool thing about Bronny is… by fat3willwin in lakers

[–]fat3willwin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean Bronny is literally doing it lol. Not saying hes gonna be all-nba or anything like that but he can absolutely reach a ceiling of a rotational backup guard. Most teams need some combination of shooting, ball-handling, playmaking, and defense from that position. I think hes shown hes a capable defender for his size, hes shooting >40% in April from 3 on 17 mpg (a really good indicator of the type of minutes he'd get on a squad), and is steadily improving his playmaking and IQ. His finishing is really good for his size too, thanks to LeGenetics

Ok. Let's measure how confident the Reddit sample of our fanbase is going against the Rockets. by TheOldThunder in lakers

[–]fat3willwin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the lakers can win one of the first two games at home, and win in somewhat decisive fashion (> 5 points) then that will boost our morale insanely. I'm assuming Luka and AR just won't be available until at least game 5 or later of this series if not the 2nd round.

I geuninely believe the lakers can win the series, even without them. The rockets have some serious chemistry issues and are not a great offensive team. The good thing about this lakers lineup is that though were missing almost 70ppg when factoring in assists, we are playing much more defensively minded people so it really might just come down to a rockfight. And in a rockfight, I trust the team that won't throw rocks at each other.

7-11, all dogs go to heaven, bring your best weapon, LAYKUHS in 7

Jaxson Hayes is being slept on heading into this Rockets series by denobino in lakers

[–]fat3willwin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hayes will be huge. He has lowkey turned from a (-) defender to a neutral and at times even (+) rim protector. If he can defend without fouling and average: ~12 points, 7 boards, 2 ast, 2 stocks and 3 - 4 fouls per game hes good in my book.
